You represent the GVV municipal insurance in North Rhine-Westphalia to members and associations – personally on site and in digital consultations Full consultation of members on the optimal design of their insurance cover and support in matters of prevention of damage Presentation of economic risk management before municipal bodies and municipal business Creation of experience reports including practical recommendations for management and departments Active participation in product development and continuous optimization of internal processes through own ideas and suggestions Contribution to the successful implementation of the team objectives, in particular by increasing stocks, increasing contract density and cross-selling measures

Completed degree as a Dipl. Management manager (FH), management manager, in the insurance or business sector, degree as management specialist (employer examination II) or a comparable qualification Ideally knowledge of the business processes of municipal administrations and companies as well as first practical experience in the field of municipal insurance – alternatively multi-year professional experience in the insurance sector Safe appearance, strong negotiation skills and a sense of decision combined with high flexibility and commitment Embossed hand-on mentality and motivation to actively develop processes and to constructively shape the working environment Self-employed, structured and responsible working with high team orientation readiness for regular service trips (class B licence required) and openness for flexible work in the home office
