Here we are responsible for carrying out and ensuring the outpatient and dental performance accounting. In addition, the continuous optimization of billing processes and close cooperation with the clinics, patient reception, other administrative areas as well as the IT business unit are important tasks in the area of work of the department – best with you!

Preparation and implementation of the settlement of outpatient dental services and stationary selection services including control of complex accounting cases Examination and processing of invoice complaints with acquisition of correspondence in close cooperation with the service providers Optimization and co-design of billing processes Support of service providers in billing questions Participation in and management of work and project groups

A successfully completed training as a dental specialist with advancement to the specialist in dental practice management or business economist in the healthcare sector or a successfully completed study of the business administration, health economy or a comparable degree Finded knowledge of dental performance accounting and fees regulations such as GOZ, GOÄ, BEMA etc. are advantageous Communication capability for cooperation with the different professions of a university clinic Commitment, initiative and independent work organisation with cross-resort service orientation IT affinity, safe handling of MS Office (especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
