Be part of the central IT service provider of the entire ADAC. You are responsible for SAP system support and organize basic and system support for all ADAC SAP systems. You can handle the administration and optimization of our SAP environment, including installation, configuration, upgrades and performance analyses. You plan and control projects in the SAP base environment, such as release change, system upgrades and optimization of our SAP systems. You organize and run the second level support for the SAP base and advise developers and specialist areas on basic topics. You are driving innovation management by consulting and developing functions in the SAP Solution Manager. You control IT service management for the SAP systems and external service providers with which you work together to find optimal solutions for our SAP landscape. We also encourage professional starters to apply – your potential and fresh ideas are important to us! You have expert knowledge in the SAP-based environment, especially with SAP S/4 HANA. Advanced ITIL skills complete your profile. SAP based certification is desirable. Long-standing professional experience in the SAP field is yours. Your strong conceptual and analytical skills help you master complex IT challenges. A high level of quality and responsibility is obvious to you. Your communication strength and independent working make you a valuable team member. You are willing to continue your education and keep your expertise up to date. German B2 level and good English skills are desirable.
