Senior Proposal Manager (m/f/d)

Creation of offers for highly complex naval construction projects according to customer requirements, as well as close cooperation with CRM and designed proposal management team to prepare and initialize customer projects Representation of the Campaign Manager:in and support of the Head:in Sales & Product Strategy in the strategic planning of supply creation (technical and commercial content, schedule, costs etc.) Analysis of customer requirements (product development, delivery) and ensuring cost-oriented implementation and coordination of supply creation, including resource planning, storylining and integration into the supply structure Management of the supply team (sales, commercial and technical experts) as well as taking over the function as an interface manager:in for product management, compliance, legal, planning, purchasing, costing, project execution, logistics and the commercial department Control of all internal and external release processes, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness and time planning, documentation in an iteratively developed project manual as well as creating targeted customer presentations and internal phase documents (Kick-Off, Bid Approval, Review)

(Fach-)Hochschulbildung, long-term, cross-disciplinary professional experience and detectable knowledge in project management in theory and practice (e.g. IPMA) Long-term commercial and contractual experience in large projects as well as a high technical understanding of the assessment of complex technical solutions Extensive commercial understanding of the assessment of complex commercial matters (particularly contract design and costing) and safe occurrence to customers, management and management bodies, including in negotiations and presentations Active interface and stakeholder management, ability to build a trusted network, above-average motivation and willingness to take responsibility as well as competence to prepare complex facts graphically English knowledge in word and writing (ideally marine-typical) and good knowledge of relevant IT tools (e.g. MS-Office, SAP)
