For one of our renowned customers in Gerlingen we offer you this exciting opportunity as part of the employee transfer. In your function as part of the internal service team, you act as a primary contact person and make a significant contribution to ensuring a first-class customer service. This body shall be placed under the transfer of workers.

Your tasks: • interaction with customers by phone, email or chat to answer enquiries • Creation of offers and confirmation of orders • Management and updating of customer contacts and sales data in the CRM system • Administrative support of the sales team • Organisation of deliveries, returns and processing of complaints in close cooperation with the logistics department • Close cooperation with the external service for effective coordination of sales activities • Construction and maintenance of long-lasting customer relationships • Market monitoring to identify potential new sales opportunities

Your qualifications: • Successful completion of commercial training or equivalent qualification • Of advantage, but not absolutely necessary: first practical experience in the field of sales services • Excellent communication skills and a friendly appearance in customer contact • Detectable organisational skills and a structured way of working • Solid knowledge in MS Office and preferably experience in the application of CRM systems • Team orientation and the ability to work effectively with different departments • Individual initiative and a proactive approach to managing tasks • German language skills; good English skills are advantageous
