Head of Training Roadside Assistance (m/f/d)

You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of a six-member training and trainer team and bear the special responsibility for the design, development and implementation of training measures for ADAC assistance. You develop measures to increase the value added in ADAC-Pannenhilfe by training the processes, as well as technical solutions and IT-supported tools for our external service organisation (road station/help center) and ensure the quality of the training status. Together with your dedicated team, you will design the content and didactic planning as well as the coordination of technical and non-technical trainings. Eng at the operatic analyze and evaluate the results from the panning aid, direct educational and target group-specific content and monitor the success of the nationwide training activities. As a subproject manager, you control all training activities in ADAC Pannenhilfe projects and act as a leadbuyer for automotive technical training content. You coordinate the training organisation of the external service in close coordination with regional units and operational managers.

You bring several years of professional experience in the company's pedagogy, adult education or personnel development – ideally in technical training and further education. In addition to a degree programme or a subject-specific training, you have leadership experience, strong business and educational skills and have demonstrable experience in the development and implementation of training concepts. You are particularly technology-enhancing and IT-affin and show joy in shaping digital transformations. You can convince yourself by communication strength, enforcement ability, hand-on mentality and a result-oriented, independent way of working. Due to the nationwide presence and networking of ADAC-Pannenhilfe, your willingness to regularly travel within Germany is just as indispensable as the possession of a valid class B licence.
