IT Service Manager SAP HCM (m/f/d)

a successfully completed university degree (Bachelor, FH Diploma) in the course of study Social Security with a focus on accident insurance or in one of the fields of business management or business informatics or an equivalent degree of examination (FH diploma or degree in another accredited bachelor's degree course) or a comparable qualification (qualification for the career of the up-market non-technical administration service) and at least two years of professional practical experience in the activities of the senior management or a successfully completed vocational training as a specialist informant or in a commercial, office or administrative profession and at least four years of professional practical experience in the activities of the senior management, sound knowledge of the SAP HCM human resources management system, the ability to make decisions within the scope of its own scope of action and discretion, taking account of economic viability, a strong communication skills as well as a friendly and value-adding approach to the participants even in difficult situations, a strong social competence combined with ability to persuade and enforce, and a high level of cooperation, Knowledge of project management methods and tools the readiness to conduct cooperation in project and working groups, willingness to expand your own knowledge and skills, the willingness to – occasionally also multi-day – service trips.
