Analysis of contracts, specifications, customer specifications, customer requirements and processes for project and product requirements Consolidation, clarification and plausibility of requirements, including through discussions with customers, sales, clients and other stakeholders Definition of functional and non-functional requirements for processes, architecture, development and operation of appropriate IT services structuring and prioritizing requirements taking into account agile methods and processes as well as reviewing the requirements according to predetermined quality criteria for quality assurance Development of coarse architectures, use cases and interaction diagrams together with relevant interfaces Team-wide coordination with employees in the fields of development, software testing, architecture, system management and other stakeholders

completed studies of the Department of Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering or a comparable MINT course; alternatively completed technical training with professional practice in requirement management Experience in the analysis of complex specifications and descriptions of IT requirements as well as in the description of business processes Knowledge in the fields of IT operation, software development, quality management and information security Practical know-how in the environment of eIDAS, ISO 27001 and ITIL standards Cross-disciplinary, interdisciplinary knowledge and experience with modern IT architectures Experience in dealing with customers, partners and service providers as well as sovereign appearance and addressable communication capability in German at least. B2 level and English at least. B1 level
