Together with the branch management, you ensure that the operational processes work smoothly and keep an overview in stressful situations. In the case of important personnel topics, you take responsibility and are on the side of our employees as a competent contact person, among other things in employee talks. Particular attention is paid to our quality standards. You ensure their compliance, prepare certification audits carefully and accompany them on site. For our employees you always have an open ear. A completed commercial training or a degree course form the basis for your professional competence. First experiences in a guide roller are advantageous. Experience in preparing and accompanying certification audits is desirable and completes your profile.
