Your post: You take the remote support of our data warehouse solution eisTIK with our customers in the German-speaking countries. You will ensure trouble-free system operation in cooperation with a team of specialists. In addition, you will process enquiries and disturbances in the 1st and 2nd level support. You enter customer projects during installation, updates and other support requests. You are also actively working on the further development and optimization of our service quality.
