settlement of the pay bill taking into account current wage tax and social insurance regulations as well as internal guidelines Care of personnel master data and time management in SAP, from entry to contractual changes to exit of employees Competent contact person for all employees with regard to pay tax and social insurance issues Advising employees and executives on accounting issues Timely preparation of all accounting data including the monthly and annual accounts Processing of payment-related reporting and certification Correspondence with offices, health insurance companies, insurance companies and authorities Internal and cross-disciplinary project work

Completed commercial training Multiannual professional experience in payment accounting Funded and up-to-date knowledge of tax and social security and labour law Good knowledge of SAP HCM of advantage Very good numerical understanding and analytical skills Structured, conscientious operation and high quality standards Ideally good English skills Very good communication and team skills Digital affinity and joy in modern HR processes

The current basic fee for this position is between € 57,000 and € 67,000 per year. This amount includes the 13th monthly fee and the holiday allowance. The actual remuneration is determined on the basis of your qualifications and professional experience. The unit is grouped into the tariff group I of the compensation agreement for the confectionery industry of the Land of Hesse. .
