IT Junior Business Consultant - Focus on Idea Management (m/w/d)

The Schwarz IT supports the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions of the companies of the Schwarz Group. It is therefore responsible for selecting, providing and operating as well as further developing IT infrastructures, IT platforms and business applications. In order to optimally support the departments through IT solutions in their business processes, the Schwarz IT takes up the requirements of the departments in consultations and works together with these professional and efficient IT solutions. Idea Expert: You advise customers in developing and implementing ideas management processes – from strategy to implementation. Solution architect: You analyze requirements, evaluate IT solutions and implement projects for the digitization of ideas management. Innovation enabler: You develop IT strategies that help customers generate and realize innovative ideas. Technology specialist: You support the selection and implementation of software for ideas management. Knowledge broker: You carry out training and workshops for customers and internal teams. Communicator: You'll start reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.

You have a degree in computer science, economic informatics or a comparable qualification. You have a deep understanding of IT processes and experience in IT consulting. Knowledge of software for ideas management (e.g. Planbox, Hype Innovation) is an advantage. You have a strong understanding of innovation and ideas management processes. Your team skills, customer orientation and proactive working methods as well as strong analytical and conceptual skills complete your profile.
