Nursing Manager (m/w/d) for the interdisciplinary intensive care unit

As a nursing manager, you are responsible for the personnel deployment planning, the planning and control of performance processes and structures as well as the mistime management. You represent the nursing management “processes” in their absence. With your expertise, you will ensure professional and professional intensive care based on the latest scientific knowledge. You carry out professional and professional documentation and contribute to quality assurance (e.g. in the context of care visas). You pay attention to compliance with legal regulations, directives, service instructions and internal regulations (e.g. hygiene guidelines, MPBettriebV).
