Responsible for the smooth operation of the CAx and Engineering Tool landscape as part of admin and key user activities as well as ensuring high-performance architecture in cooperation with the IT department Establish and continuously improve a cross-area PLM system for the VINCORION Configuring, patching and installation support of area-specific software Requirements definition and moderation of tools, external ENG service providers and IT department Ensure system availability of engineering tools Management of license servers, analysis of license usage and ensuring the avoidance of sublicensing Creation of standards in the tools (e.g. user profiles, start models, settings definition, etc.), testing and implementation of these as well as installation of new user profiles and tool accesses Lifting efficiency by increasing the tool interfaces, the effective use of the system landscape and the performance increase, also in coordination with tool-admine colleagues: inside the department or IT Designing and developing automation approaches in the tool-based support of development Perform bug analyses and eliminate crashes and malfunctions, among others by contacting 2nd/3rd level support of software manufacturers Coordination of training or creation of 'Best-Practice' documents for users, creation and maintenance of tool manuals of the Vincorion as well as ad-hoc user advice Project management or domain-internal coordination in software projects (introduction of new tools or major updates, testing, implementation & roll-out planning, etc.) Procurement and control of external service providers and partners Integration of external engineering service providers into the Vincorion system landscape in coordination with the IT department in compliance with safety regulations

Graduate degree in Engineering, Business Informatics or Similar Very good knowledge of CAD and PLM tools, especially CREO and WINDCHILL in their current release booths multiannual professional experience in comparable tasks, in particular the administration of the above-mentioned tools Vulnerability analyses and efficiency assessments at process and IT system level High understanding of IT tools commonly used in engineering and their interactions (construction programs, PDM, SAP, project management tools, etc.) Experience in the creation and evaluation of IT systems Project management Knowledge strong communication and coordination capability Definition of work packages and taxes of partners and service providers Experience in assessing objections and creating business cases pronounced empathy combined with a healthy enforcement capability Travel readiness for about 20% of service travel

The remuneration is based on the collective agreement of the metal and electrical industry, Hamburg/Environment. For this position, a grouping is provided in the pay group EG 10 . The gross annual fee is at the start of approximately € 78,000 for a weekly working time of 35 hours. In addition, additional special payments under the collective agreement apply. The entitlement to this varies depending on the duration of the service to the respective deadline.
