In your role as a jumper, you are flexible in our various stationary and semi-stationary facilities and supports where there is a need. Not only do you support the young people, but also the teams in the facilities as valuable support. You support children, young people and families in their daily lives and promote their individual development. You will strengthen sustainable relationships and actively participate in the implementation of individual help plans. In cooperation with the teams on site, you will get involved in everyday pedagogy, structuring processes and supporting in crisis situations. You talk to children, young people and parents and accompany them in challenging situations of life. With your flexibility and openness, you contribute to being a valuable support in various settings, such as residential groups, mother-child facilities or partial-steady offers. You document your work carefully and regularly reflect the developments of young people with the respective team.

A completed training or study in the field of education, e.g. social education, social work, education, medical education or a comparable qualification. Joy in working with children, young people and families in different situations of life. Flexibility, organizational skills and the ability to quickly find yourself in new situations. Empathy, resilience and ability to rest in challenging moments. Ready to work in the shift service, as you are flexibly used in various facilities.
