These tasks await you:

• You control the factory-wide TROX production system/administration system activities
• They support the technical areas in the continuous improvement of production processes and the associated analysis of existing manufacturing processes
• The development of strategies to optimize processes and methods as well as the realization of savings potentials are also part of your tasks
• You plan and run TPS/TAS workshops and related training
• You initiate and control projects

Take this with you:

• You have completed technical studies, such as industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable
• You have experience in implementing efficiency enhancement measures within the production and leadership of TPS/TAS projects
• You have a high degree of autonomy, communication and presentation capability as well as an above-average problem-solving competence and integration capability
• A strong ability to analyze and evaluate complex facts and project management skills
• You have knowledge of English at level B2/C1
