You accompany our construction projects from the supply phase to the implementation phase to the completion and work closely with our technical colleagues. In addition, you maintain the work costing (species-actual comparison) for the income calculation as well as the date of the reporting and coordinate the necessary further work of other areas In this function you also accompany the process of accounting and take over the receivable management Your responsibility is to prepare and manage the monthly control talks You maintain our guarantee and process insurance transactions In addition, the examination and evaluation of contractual documents are part of your tasks

You have successfully completed a commercial training or an economic study Professional experience in the construction industry is advantageous, knowledge in a billing and costing program are desirable You see yourself as an entrepreneur in the company, your thinking and acting is always economically conscious Teamability, enforcement and communication skills complete your profile
