As a young salesman, new cars create a first-class customer experience when buying a new car in our car house through competent care and advice. Your field of activity Advice and support of our customers in the purchase of vehicles of the Merceds-Benz brand Conduct of test drives and explanation of vehicle functions Support in the creation of offers and contracts Care of customer relationships and acquisition of new customers Participation in training and further training to continuously improve sales capabilities Your certification: In a 12-month training, you will be intensively and systematically prepared for your sales activities in store and area sales and get to know the sales processes. In a series of seminars you acquire knowledge of our products and services. At the end of the qualification, you will complete the practical examination for the Mercedes-Benz seller/in, after the existence of which you will receive the certificate "audited/car dealer" according to the guidelines of the associations of the automotive industry VDA/VDIK/ZDK. After a further 12 months and including your sales success, you will receive your international Mercedes-Benz »Certified Sales Person« certificate. During this time, you will also be accompanied by a further training unit »Praxisbegleitung Sell« and supported in the beginnings of your activity as a seller/in. This qualification (no initial training!) is one of the best training programs for sales in the automotive industry and is aimed at new entrants and already trained sellers.
