As a material specialist, they have an overview of the suppliers available on the market and their products for our applications. They are familiar with manufacturing processes and methods for steel production and processing. Standards and regulations for naval vessels and submarines are not unknown to you. They support suppliers in the authorisation procedures. They are responsible for creating material specifications. You create material mass skeletons. They develop solutions and their constructive implementation and project planning.

You can present a successfully completed study (Uni/FH) in the field of shipbuilding, mechanical engineering, etc. with degree diploma, master or Bachelor. We require the use of DNVGL and steel building standards. Shipyard-specific IT/CAD/CAM/CAE identifiers such as: AVEVA Marine, SAP and Siemens Teamcenter are desirable. They already have experience in steel shipbuilding and steel production. Good knowledge of English in word and writing complete your profile. Safe handling of MS Office applications is desirable. We require the willingness to work independently.
