Assistant Service (m/w/d) 34.0 hours/week You don't get any rest and you can identify yourself with the following tasks: Representative of the Porsche branch Hamburg and the first personal welcome and support of our customers and guests appointment and information on after sales services and offers Implementation of demand-oriented planning of service appointments and customer mobility Cash management appointment preparation and coordination with the service consultants and the part service Order preparation and maintenance of customer and vehicle master data settlement with insurance Explanation of the service bill and its creation Preparation of vehicle documents for vehicle pick-up Creation of visitor evaluations

Education: You have completed an apprenticeship with the automotive businessman (m/w/d) or another comparable training. Experience and know-how: You have already gained relevant experiences in the field of after sales and already know you with the system landscape of a car house. Personality: You have very good ways of handling as well as pronounced communicative skills and have a smile on your lips in every situation. Working: You work structured and have a good understanding. Customer-oriented thinking and acting as well as team skills distinguish your way of working. Enthusiasm: You are passionate about it and have fun in a dynamic environment. Language: You have good knowledge of German and English. .
