Then get yourself in: They support social media editorial planning: plan, create and maintain the editorial plan in close cooperation with our colleague, the marketing department and our external digital agency. Their creativity is in demand: they research relevant topics and support the production of content (e.g. texts, photos and videos). You keep an overview: you monitor our social media activities and analyze them as needed. In addition, you are interested in (new) trends as well as platforms in recruiting/employer branding and thus bring creative impulses.

Education: You are a registered student or graduate in the field of marketing/communication, personnel, business psychology or media sciences. Experience: First professional experiences in the field are not absolutely necessary. Knowledge: You are safe to use the current MS Office applications. Further knowledge of Adobe (Illustrator, InDesign) is desirable, but no need. Personality: They show a high degree of creativity and initiative and are extremely communicative.
