Tasks

• Preparation, implementation and reprocessing of Dailies & Weeklies in JIRA
• Tuning the Backlog with the Wave and Sprint Plannings of the S4-United Project
• Preparation, implementation and reprocessing of retros
• Support in building dashboards in Jira and designing daily workflows
• Support for Business Product Owner & Technical Product Owner
• Regular exchange with the Scrum Masters of the other teams

Profile

• Completed training or completed studies in the fields of IT, computer science, human resources management, economics, psychology or similar discipline
• Relevant IT skills (e.g. software, tools, programming languages)
• Knowledge of Digital Tools & Collaboration (Virtual and hybrid workshops), Digital Mindset & Culture (Growth mindset), Business Agility (Agile mindset and culture, Agile ways of working, Organisational design), Jira, Confluence, Service Now
• very good knowledge of German and English
• analytical thinking and problem-solving competence

Remuneration

She expects to be a computer scientist (m/w/d):

• Entry with 43.60 Euro/Std. brutto (GVP)
