Analysis of the exhaustion behaviour ( fatigue and creep) of components of apparatus construction using the TÜV SÜD own software TSE Care and development of the TSE software according to the requirements of the operator environment Acquises and publications in the field of thermal power plants Design tests Evaluation of components of equipment construction according to the requirements of the Pressure Equipment Directive Breakdown mechanism Integrity assessments of faulty components of equipment construction according to relevant national/international regulations, including the TÜV SÜD own software FFS Training of FFS inspectors and FFS-APP users

Complete study of mechanical engineering, process engineering (or comparable) – ideally master thesis in the field of fatigue and/or fracture mechanics Surfaces in the strength calculation, preferably on components of the plant and pipe construction Good to very good knowledge with relevant design software (e.g. Dimy, Nozzle-Pro) and programming (Python, SQL, VBA) are a plus First experience in holding trainings of advantage Impressed sense of responsibility, resilience, reliability and enforcement proven customer and service orientation paired with high communication capability and solution orientation readiness for multi-day missions, partly also abroad Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing driving licence class B
