This includes the following tasks: Transformation projects: You actively participate in the further development of the business agility of our operational units. In doing so, you decide to what extent agile principles, frameworks and practices are applied in a reasonable manner. Cultural development: You shape and accompany initiatives to further develop our leadership and cooperation culture Coaching & Consulting: You coach executives and teams in agile ways of thinking, working and controlling – from mindset topics to concrete frameworks such as OKR, Flight Levels or Kanban Organisational design: You advise how structures and processes can be designed to sustainably promote agile work in the business context Learning Culture & Knowledge Transfer: Together with us, you are developing the Agility learning offer and actively brings it to life as a mentor, coach, savings partner and trainer Knowledge sharing & further development: You share your experience and support the team to continuously improve our common performance

Complete study of economic, natural or social sciences Multiannual experience in the agile transformation of organizations, ideally focusing on business agility or leadership development Understanding agile principles and frameworks (e.g. OKR, Kanban, Scrum, Flight Levels) Agile certifications or experience in monitoring certification processes Sovereign appearance at management level as well as experience in agile corporate governance Embossed communication, moderation and coaching skills – on site and virtual Safe handling of digital tools (Whiteboards, Video Platforms, Jira, Azure, etc.) No need: Successfully completed training as a systemic organization developer (m/w/d) Very good English skills complete your profile You do not meet all the criteria of the job ad, but do you want to become part of the #GENERATIONTK?
