From refurbishments to new buildings to construction entertainment, you will find exciting projects in our area of Bundesbau and the possibility of participation in all phases of the performance. In order to expand our team, we are looking for reinforcements for new construction projects for customs in Offenbach and Hanau, the Federal Office for Cartography and Geodesy, as well as for new construction, renovation and construction maintenance measures at the German Weather Service and the Federal Police. Own implementation of small to medium-sized renovation, modernisation and repair measures (performance phases 5 to 8 of HOAI) Negotiation, coordination and communication with the project participants (e.g. engineering offices, companies and users) In the case of larger construction projects, monitoring of architecture/engineering offices in new, re- and extension buildings, as well as one-time repairs Contracts under public procurement and contract law as well as their compliance with the implementation of the construction tasks within the time and cost framework acceptance, settlement and transfer of planning and construction services

Completed degree (FH Diploma/Bachelor) of the disciplines Architecture / Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification Experience in the different HOAI performance phases (focus in performance phases 5-8 is desirable) and ideally knowledge in public building, procurement and contract law Negotiation security, organisational skills, service orientation and a strong team spirit Knowledge of the coordination of planning services with building information modeling (BIM) and sustainable construction is desirable Good knowledge of MS Office, an AVA and a CAD program Ability to large height or narrow spaces Class B driving licence and standby for occasional service journeys (Pool vehicle) within the jurisdiction of the branch
