Projektleiter (m/w/d)

Personal support and advice of all customers in complex financing requests focusing on building financing Internal support for technical issues related to financing Self-initiated customer response and acquisition Active implementation of the holistic approach Construction and maintenance of a successful customer-bank relationship

Successfully completed banking training (e.g. as a bank clerk / bank clerk) and continuing training based on it (bank specialist, bank manager's degree or comparable degree) Multiannual experience in the financing business (e.g. as a construction finance consultant, credit specialist, bank adviser, customer advisor private customers or financing manager or comparable) Training in the areas of private customer consulting and credit qualification with a focus on building financing (ideally with evidence of competence) Strong sales orientation with the aim of creating positive customer experiences Reliable and independent operation
