Your role in us For our projects in the Allgäu we are looking for an experienced project management (m/w/d) for the HOAI performance phases 6–8, which manages projects in a sovereign way and leads teams safely.

Independent management of complex construction projects Professional and organizational leadership of your project team Control of costs, dates and quality over all phases Consulting our clients in technical, economic and organizational issues Ensuring high-quality execution and performance Subsequent management and contract and award negotiations

Complete studies in civil engineering or architecture At least 5 years of professional experience in HOAI performance phases 6–8 Very good knowledge of building contract and contract law Secure handling of MS Project Experience in project coordination, construction and process control Sovereign appearance, communication strength and natural leadership competence
