Your tasksSupport operational day-to-day business: You are an important support for the HR team around the staff management in the daily process Cooperation with HR Business Partners: You will get a comprehensive insight into the human resources management and get to know the everyday life of a HR Business Partner by taking independent administrative tasks in the area of human resources management Operational integration management: You work actively and independently at the invitation and documentation of employees Project participation: You actively participate in exciting and future-oriented projects in various areas of human resources management Research, preparation and presentation of information: You research relevant information on various project topics, prepare them and develop meaningful and appealing presentations

Your profileYou have a completed or ongoing study in the field of economics, psychology or a comparable degree course - ideally with the focus on staff First work experience through internships or side jobs in personnel management are advantageous You like to work independently and have fun introducing your own ideas and impulses You work consistently on set goals and draw a high level of reliability A high level of readiness for learning and performance as well as a quick understanding also characterizes you The safe handling of MS-Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is self-evident, in addition we require very good German knowledge in word and writing
