Varied day-to-day business: You support the tax area in the operating day-to-day business, including correspondence, scheduling, business trips and incoming mail. Office organization: You perform classic assistance and administration tasks such as deposit, billing and the organization of the office everyday. Time limits in mind: You coordinate appointments, follow requests, ensure compliance with deadlines and take care of internal votes. Documents & Presentations: You care and manage tax documents, contracts and powers. You also provide presentations, decision templates and contracts including tool-based translations into English. Edit tax tasks: You take routine tasks like checking commercial tax decisions, cash reports or communicating with the tax office. You actively participate in the optimization and digitization of processes in the tax department. You are the central contact person for administrative and organisational issues within the P&C Group.

Your educational path: You have a completed commercial training or a comparable qualification. Your experience: You have professional experience in an assistance function, ideally in the financial or tax area. Your strengths: You are very well organized, work structured and keep an overview even in hectic moments. Your profile: discretion, service orientation, team spirit and communication strength characterize you. Your technical skills: You are safe in handling MS Office, especially Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Your language skills: You have good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
