Team Leader Software Development - Retrofit (m/f/d)

Team & Leadership: You take responsibility for a dedicated software team that modernises, expands and converts existing machine controls into new variants. Variant & Complexity Management: Structure and manage the variety of machine controls and software modules. Create transparency about dependencies and define clear rules for reusability, module boxes and configurations. Project & Customer Responsibility: Ensure that appointments, budget and resources are adhered to. Also act as a central interface between customers, service, sales and development. Quality assurance: advance continuous improvements in quality, efficiency and documentation.

Technical expertise: You have completed studies in electrical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable field. Leadership experience: You have already gained experience in leading a team and know how to promote and motivate talents. Experience in automation technology: You have several years of experience in software development in the field of automation technology and bring sound knowledge. Analytical thinking: A pronounced technical understanding, strong analytical thinking ability and the ability to penetrate complex relationships are a feature. Social competence: You bring a high level of social competence, team-oriented engagement and organisational skills to create an inspiring and productive working environment. Self-employment and structure: A self-sponsored, independent and structured way of working, good English skills and willingness to occasionally travel make your profile complete.
