At the closest possible time we are looking for you as a team leader:in technical environmental protection for infrastructure projects (w/m/d) for DB InfraGO AG at the Leipzig, Dresden, Erfurt or Magdeburg site. Your tasks:

As team leader:in you are responsible for the technical support of all the topics of technical environmental protection within the infrastructure projects (ground, water and immission protection & waste management) Takeover of the professional and dispositive leadership of a team of project engineers: women for environmental protection The technical support and consistent support of the project management as part of the legal requirements and administrative requirements As a key account, you are the first contact person:in for executives, team and project managers as well as project employees of the associated project departments for all topics of technical environmental protection You support the legally compliant waste disposal (eANV) and check procurement documents, pollutant disasters and expert opinions (e.g. soil recycling and waste management concepts, BoVEK) and develop corresponding opinions The coordination of specialist offices and experts:inside, the examination of the completed documents and the guarantee of environmental approval are also your responsibility Furthermore, you actively promote the optimization of workflows, templates, team-internal processes and methods in project management and are responsible for developing knowledge management and transfer within the environmental team as well as across teams.

Your profile:

Successfully completed technical/university studies as an environmental engineer:in or comparable environmental sciences studies such as technical environmental protection, hydrology, waste management, geology You have proven multi-year experience in environmental project management of infrastructure projects over all phases of performance You are acquiring comprehensive knowledge of relevant standards and guidelines in the field of soil, water and immission protection and waste management With regulatory approval procedures, in particular expert opinions on water compatibility, soil and waste management, precautionary soil protection and water law, immission protection, you know and are ready to work on new issues of environmental law as well as regulatory approval procedures Ideally, you already have leadership experience and live a collegial, flexible and result-oriented leadership of the assigned project team. You are convinced by your ability to reduce complexity and address-oriented communication as well as by safe occurrence, a flexible, result-oriented way of working and strong team skills You combine your ability to analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with quality and cost-oriented thinking and action
