• Postal responsibility: You take the lead of your assigned item (e.g. cold kitchen, sauces, desserts). • Quality control: You ensure the high quality of food and ingredients and make an appealing presentation – the eye eats with it! • Hygiene: You monitor the legal hygiene regulations (HACCP) and internal standards. • Creative cooperation: You support the development and implementation of new dishes and culinary concepts. • Teamwork: A close cooperation with the team members is important to you. You work new colleagues and trainers in the kitchen.

(m/w/d) • Professional experience in a similar position, ideally in the hotel industry • Knowledge of hygiene standards (HACCP) • Passion for high-quality cuisine and culinary trends • Flexibility and commitment • Self-employed and organised working, team spirit • Good knowledge of German and English
