Here you can take real influence and make sustainable changes. Through structured analyses, you identify the causes of performance, process and result deviations in projects and derive concrete action. Operational and economic optimization concepts are developed independently and shape storage and logistics processes taking into account existing system landscapes. You take responsibility for reengineering initiatives from planning to implementation to sustainable stabilization in close cooperation with operations and central units. Findings from projects are presented in standards, quality gates and best practices, thus supporting the prevention of recurring challenges. Together with the relevant departments, you develop, harmonize and establish uniform processes, standards and solutions for Warehousing Solutions Germany.

A successfully completed study in the field of logistics, supply chain management, economic engineering, business management or a comparable qualification. Multiannual experience in contract logistics, ideally focusing on warehousing, process optimization and reengineering. Finded knowledge in warehouse management systems as well as a pronounced understanding of logistics processes. Designed analytical and business skills, especially in the evaluation of key figures, economics and project calculations. Communication strength, enforcement capacity and experience in project and change management as well as the willingness to regular service trips. For cooperation you bring good to very good German knowledge.
