Service Technician – Safety Technology (m/f/d)

We are now looking for several service technicians (m/w/d) for security technology to strengthen our team of experts. Our specialist: Securitas Technology offers a complete service for customized, modern security solutions – from planning to installation to maintenance. Uses in the clearly defined catchment area within your own country – with a fixed customer base and usually short driving distances No regular weekend work – only in exceptional cases as part of the daily readiness Start and end of work at home – driving time counts as working time Modern equipment – incl. Service vehicle, Smartphone, Tablet & Tool Green integration – by experienced colleagues in ongoing operation

As a service engineer (m/w/d), you take over the maintenance, maintenance and troubleshooting of security systems such as intrusion systems (EMA), fire alarm systems (BMA), access control systems (ZUKO) or video surveillance systems (VÜA) at our customers on site. You work independently, service-oriented and in close coordination with project management, technology and sales. Your tasks at a glance: Maintenance and maintenance of modern safety systems (EMA, BMA, ZUKO, VÜA) Error analysis and troubleshooting in technical problems Conducting regular inspections and functional tests Documentation of inserts via tablet or laptop Customer advice on technical questions – in cooperation with sales Participation in briefings and regular exchange with project management

Take this with (must criteria): Completed electrotechnical training (e.g. electronics:in, electrical installation:in) Proofable professional experience in at least one of the plants: EMA, BMA, ZUKO or VÜA driving licence class B German knowledge of at least B2 level Ideally in addition: Funded knowledge of several safety-related structures Manufacturer certificates or specific training in the field of safety technology Self-employed, structured work Embossed service and customer orientation Motivation for further technical development
