You guide the CUST team, motivate your employees and ensure that customer-specific conversions and retrofits are implemented on time and quality. You plan the use of your team, coordinate the tasks and perform administrative tasks such as the documentation of working hours and the creation of layer logs. You also support the qualification and further development of your employees. You always have a look at quality, delivery reliability, work security and compliance with the process requirements, and you can tax them if necessary. You agree closely with interfaces such as assembly and production management, sales, technical handling and work preparation. The technical order processing is also in your hands – from listing and data management to production documentation, to analyses, key figures and the assignment to planning and controlling. You recognize optimization potentials and actively contribute to KAIZEN, Lean and other process optimizations as well as in development, quality and production projects. At the same time, you will also pack up: CUST assembly activities as well as the joining of individual parts, subassemblies and subassemblies are also part of your task. Your mission is at our outdoor location in Halle (Saale) and at the Landsberg plant. Therefore, the willingness to work at both locations is part of this position.

Completed 3-year technical vocational training with additional qualification, e.g. technician or master's degree, or completed 3-year technical vocational training and many years of professional experience in the relevant field leadership experience desirable Embossed technical understanding and practical experience in the technical field Safe handling of common PC applications and SAP Self-employed and structured work Loadability, reliability and team and communication skills Valid driving licence required Willingness to work in the 2-shift system (Monday to Friday), if necessary in the future English skills are desirable
