You establish and develop a consistent process management across the bank including integration into the internal control system (bIKS) and ensure consistency between processes, specifications and the written order. You coordinate and support the disciplines methodically in the recording, modeling, analysis and optimization of business processes as well as in the care of the process map incl. Risks and controls in BIC Process Design. You train and advise the departments in handling process management tools and methods (BIC Process Design, BPMN 2.0) as well as in internal control (IKS). You support the areas of emergency management, including through the implementation of Business Impact analyses, the further development of business continuity plans and the monitoring of emergency tests and simulations. You take the technical responsibility for the DOXIS organization manager, ensure proper documentation of the SfO, train employees and manage projects – if necessary also in senior role – with.
