You manufacture components precisely according to the drawing and perform tightness tests as well as balancing work (static & dynamic) according to technical specifications. You program the balancing machine and perform the projecting balancing independently (e.g. by milling or drilling machine). You document your work according to DIN ISO 1940-1 & 21940) and keep important KPIs on quality, efficiency, work protection & productivity. You work routiniert with the ERP system, perform maintenance and control sheets and always observe corporate policies on data protection, environment and quality.

You have a completed training as a specialist in metal technology (m/w/d) or industrial mechanic (m/w/d) and ideally brings several years of professional experience. You have a crane and fork certificate as well as solid computer skills. You work structured, quality-conscious and understand operational processes - teamwork is of course for you. You are ready for shift and weekend work and know the quality management according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.

We pay a collective salary and if necessary Industry supplements, holiday and Christmas money as well as shift supplements according to the GVP tariff agreement.
