The police office deployment, logistics and technology (PP ELT) is “DER” service provider of the police Rheinland-Pfalz. The expertise and competence of the seven divisions of the PP ELT include the specific operational support at national and federal level (professional police and special units) as well as the operational competence on the naval waterways of the country (water protection police). The tasks of procurement, technology and health management are carried out in national responsibility for all police authorities and for other authorities and organisations with a safety mandate from the Rhineland-Palatinate. In addition, the management of the staff and the budget as well as the premises of the Bureau are included. Locations of the Bureau are located throughout the federal state. Accommodations in Mainz, Enkenbach-Alsenborn, Koblenz and Wittlich-Wengerohr are supplemented by a total of seven water protection police stations and external offices as well as the location of the police helicopters in Winningen. Your tasks: Psychosocial advice, support and support of the staff, employees and executives in the case of burdensome police operations and critical situations, as well as in professional and job-related issues Personal, private and family problems (e.g. in the family environment, relationship problems, death and mourning, debtor advice) Individual emergency situations (including difficult situations of life and crisis situations) Psychological diseases Search topics (including media, buying addiction, alcohol, medicines) Administrative matters (including damage regulation agency).

Additional activities of social counselling are mediation of further outpatient and stationary psychotherapeutic measures Self-employed organisation of internal and external training events, among others in the fields of addiction, internal conflicts, mental illnesses and dealing with burdens Working in health management and operational integration management Coordination, training and guidance of secondary social contact persons in the entire area of competence of the Authority Cooperation in the nationwide crisis intervention team of the police RLP Conflict moderation, mediation and consultation in internal-service conflicts Task-related cooperation with the Staff Council, the Equal Opportunities Officer, the Disabled Representative and the Police Department

Requirements profile: Complete university studies in social work, social work/social pedagogy with state recognition, medical education and state recognition or comparable courses and practical experience in the corresponding profession Additional training in the field of systemic consulting, supervision and mediation is desirable.
