Development and implementation of embedded software for microcontroller-based systems in the field of smart metering (counter technology, communication systems, energy management systems) Own-responsible implementation of product requirements taking into account the applicable authorisation requirements, standards and technical guidelines Creation of technical software concepts Development and integration of communication protocols on UART, SPI, I2C and Ethernet interfaces using cryptographic methods Use of real-time operating systems on STM32 microcontrollers (FreeRTOS, ThreadX, optional embedded Linux) Error analysis and debugging Implementation of code reviews Creation and maintenance of technical documentation Development of application software and tools Cooperation with hardware development

Complete university studies in the field of computer science, electrical engineering or comparable courses Professional experience as a software developer or programmer desirable C/C++ programming skills, especially for embedded systems Good English knowledge of word and writing Analytical, solution-oriented thinking, team skills and communication strength
