Architect / Team Leader Execution Planning (m/f/d)

Team management with substance: You take over the technical and organizational management of three employees in execution planning – with real design space and the perspective of developing your responsibility in the medium term. Depth execution planning: You develop precise and well-thought-out plant planning in the performance phases 4 and 5, with a special focus on demanding projects in construction. Details that work in practice: You bring together design, construction, economics, sustainability and feasibility – so that architectural ideas can be used to make resilient solutions for the construction site. Planning planning: You are proactive in developing planning processes, making interfaces clearer and building structures that make work easier for the entire team. Cooperation at eye level: You plan the week, exchange closely with management, executives and the Lean Manager and actively contribute your ideas. Free space for development: Around one day a week you are consciously using conceptual topics, process improvements, team topics and the further development of the department. Projects really accompany: You work interdisciplinary with design, statics, building physics, project development and execution and stay close to the people who implement your planning later.

This is what you bring – Must-have: Several years of work experience in plant planning, especially in performance phases 4 and 5 Proven experience or strong interest in building in stock – you analyze complex existing situations and develop sustainable planning solutions Detailed, precise operation with high demands on constructive, functional and economical solutions Safe handling of common CAD programs and digital planning processes Leadership and clear will to take responsibility and develop people Clear, solution-oriented communication – even in challenging project situations This is a plus – Nice-to-have: Background from a larger architectural or planning office with experience in interdisciplinary cooperation First leadership experience or detectable responsibility in project management functions Own initiative in process improvements – you recognize potentials and go to them without waiting for the perfect template

Remuneration: Attractive annual salary between €80,000 and €100,000 – plus a private car. A complete package that also convinces in the city comparison.
