Responsibility for the appearance of sales areas in a selected branch and control of all organizational processes Guided tours of about 10 branches with around 80 employees, including motivation, promotion and development of the teams, as well as self-sponsored staff recruitment Focus on optimal sales and ensuring highest customer satisfaction Monitoring of inventory results, implementation of improvements and planning of annual inventories Ensuring smooth operations in existing facilities, new openings, restructures and closures, as well as conversion of the sales concept

Experience as market or branch management in retail trade, preferably in the food or non-food sector Entrepreneurship and cost-conscious decision-making Class B driving licence Sovereign, safe and com­petitive appearance High flexibility and loyalty
