DSP setup & control: You set up programmatic campaigns in the DSP Adform – efficiently, systematically and cleanly documented. Monitors & Optimize: You analyze performance key figures and perform specific optimization measures. Targeting & Audiences: You design target group setups, use data management platforms (DMPs) and test new targeting strategies. Teamwork: You work closely with Programmatic Media Managers and Ad Designers and introduce your technical perspective – your focus is on implementation and performance. Testing technologies: You test new formats, creatives and platform functions and give input for data-driven A/B tests.

Programmatic know-how – You have at least two years of experience in programmatic advertising or digital marketing. Technology Confession – You have very good knowledge in handling the DSP Adform, Adservers and common tracking solutions. Analytical thinking – You not only understand KPI, but you actively use it to control and further develop. Tool Affinity – You like to work with automated dashboards, feed integrations and bid-based optimizations.
