For our property Z1 – Organization we are looking for a / one / for the location in Munich The Haustechnik team is responsible as a service unit for the care and maintenance of the service buildings and properties of the government of Upper Bavaria.

Implementation of renovation, modernisation and redevelopment work and repair and maintenance work for the performance and value of existing properties Implementation of all practical and craft work (e.g. transport and repairs/small repairs, maintenance work of construction and technical equipment and other craft works) Maintenance of outdoor areas (especially winter service) Control and functional monitoring of sanitary and technical installations Administrative tasks associated with the work mentioned above, including the support and support of external specialist firms
