Support us in the strategic positioning and further development of our employer brand. Get insights into employer campaigns, internal and external measures for Employer Brand Activation, Onboarding and Welcome Days. Weak up social media measures and the development of content for our career channels. Support in building and developing our education and university marketing. Accompany projects around the career website as well as other employer branding measures. Organize our internal Studi network of interns and working students and train the content and processes. Watch trends in employer branding and talent marketing and develop new ideas. Take over your own tasks and smaller projects with design playroom.

With your creativity as well as your own initiative, you enrich us and want to help shape the change of the BarmeniaGothaer. You are an organizational institution and you are characterized by a structured and independent way of working. Your communication strength, reliability and team capacity make you a valuable support for our team. Your enthusiasm for employer branding, talent marketing and modern working environments is noticeable. You want to gain insights into different topics such as social media, employer brand activation, as well as education and university marketing. You are in advanced studies in the field of business, communication, psychology or comparable. The internship is a compulsory internship in accordance with the regulations and you can support us in full time for 4 to 6 months.
