Customs & Logistics Clerk (m/f/d)

Import & Export: creation of customs declarations (ATLAS/export) and export and customs documents (Carnet, A.TR., EUR.1, Certificate of Origin); verification of customs and freight invoices; Maintenance of the MRN list. Export Control: Implementation of Export Provisions – BAFA Application, Sanction List Screening, Dual-Use Exam, End Verbleibs – incl. Documentation in ERP/DMS. As an internal contact person, you conduct audits and trainings. Function as a customs officer: You will take over the responsible role of the Customs Officer(s) with the professional power of instructions and direct connection to the management. Shipment & Logistics: commissioning and coordination of forwarding and curating, trade fair shipment, track & trace, rectifications and digital storage in the DMS. Reporting: INTRASTAT and DESTATIS reports.

Completed commercial or logistic training. Multiannual professional experience (ideally ≥ 3 years) in the field of customs and import/export of goods. Knowledge of customs and external economic law and export control (Dual-Use, BAFA). Secure handling of ERP systems (eg ABAS, Salesforce) and MS Office. Very good German and English in word and writing. Stress resistance, flexibility, independent, structured working and the famous view over the rim of the plate. Driving license class B of advantage.
