DISCLOSURE

• You take over the leadership and strategic development of the IT section “International IT Service Point” with focus on IT support
• You lead the team with commitment and promote the further development of your employees
• You secure a frictionless IT support and are central contact for technical and organizational questions.
• You are responsible for the classification, prioritization and first evaluation of incoming Support enquiries and control their forwarding to the relevant departments
• You are driving the continuous optimization and digitization of service processes – also using modern technologies such as AI
• You are central contact for technical questions and understand the requirements and challenges of IT administrators
• You continuously develop ITIL-based processes and processes – including KPI tracking and monthly Reporting to IT management
• You carry budget responsibility for your task and efficiently tax resources

• You have a degree in (economic) informatics or a successfully completed IT-related vocational training
• You bring well-founded Occupation and ideally Lecture Experience in 1st-Level Support – Experience in an international environment is beneficial
• You think customer-oriented and trade entrepreneurial
