Tasks – Your mission at IT.UV: As Java Fullstack Developer*in you are responsible for the development of the client component (Modeller-UI) and the modeler Server Backends of the modeling environment of our mogena.uv. For the software creation process, you bring experiences in using AI tools and Claude Code, Copilot or IntelliJ Junie are not foreign words for you. You play an important role in designing architecture and design for the modeler components and using AI tools for AI-based software creation, both in the framework core, as well as in the modeling and generation process. In addition, you will advise our application developers in projects that mogena.uv are using for model-driven development. Interaction with customers is yours and you can present and communicate complex technical relationships convincingly. Together with the team, you are a contact person for new team members, dual students and interns within the team. In this position, you combine your technical expertise with distinct communicative skills.

Profile – you bring it on board You have a completed study of (economic) informatics and have at least three years of professional experience in Java UI- & Backend Development, Conception, Monitoring and Analysis as well as usability and user experience (UX). You have experiences in the application and use of AI solutions in the software development from simple IDE integration to the use of agentic coding tools. As a Java fullstack developer*in you bring experience in agile projects, e.g. Scrum. You like to work with programming techniques such as Dependency Injection, Inversion of Control, Aspect oriented Programming, Annotations and Lambdas. In German you can safely communicate either oral or written.
