Senior IT Service Technician (m/w/d)

At one of its locations in Klietz, the Service Center Leipzig ensures the decentralized service provision and a permanent representation of BWI GmbH on site for several properties and military exercises. In addition, the Service Center processes defined task packages within the framework of projects and provides the on-site service.

Acceptance, analysis and processing of incidents and requests in the PC, telephony, LAN and WAN environment in compliance with the applicable service levels and comprehensive documentation of this process

Cooperation in projects and subprojects, e.g. to adapt and extend existing IT infrastructures

Implementation of the on-site activities within the framework of IMACDs in the IT and TK environment

decentralized implementation of the second-level support or Support of the central operating units on site as the face of the BWI to the users

Maintenance and update of hardware and software products at customer workstation to maintain operational capability

Implementation of DGUV V3 tests and cooperation on quality assurance measures (e.g. LAN documentation)

Implementation of the diverse (special) requirements of users on training places

Cyclical provision of readiness services

Complete training as an IT system electronics company, specialist computer system integration or a comparable qualification

At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the IT and TK environment

Comprehensive knowledge in IT, in particular with operating systems, hardware, system solutions, local networks and telecommunication solutions

Very good knowledge of ticket systems, knowledge databases, CMDB/Asset management systems and IT processes

Experience in project processing in public service or industrial environment

German and good technical knowledge of English

driving licence class B
