In this exciting role you take over the disciplinary and professional leadership of our process management team. Specifically, this involves the following tasks: Operational & strategic development: in terms of process management methodology and the performance & product portfolio of the OS. Communication & Presentation: of complex facts based on your knowledge of decision-making processes and your great process know-how. Implementation of process optimization: with the necessary enforcing power and motivation to different management levels. Team leadership: You motivate and guide your team with high social competence and are motivation:in and conflict resolution:in. They continuously support the further development of your team and the expansion of the Skill level. Financial planning and development: the team as part of the financial objectives of the field. Area development: They play a key role in the development of the field and ensure that we are a first-class service provider for our internal units and external customers.

They bring several years of professional and leadership experience in IT management & process management, preferably in an IT service provider. They possess safe knowledge of ITIL processes and methods, ideally detectable through certifications. They think and act customer-oriented and entrepreneurial, even at management level. They are able to run a professional stakeholder management and bring a high level of customer and service orientation. They have strong social skills and experience in coaching and knowledge transfer. Your distinctive leadership skills and personality are yours. Very good knowledge of German and English complete your profile.
