As a working student in our Group Recruiting Team, you are centrally available as a contact person for all recruiters in our business fields. For example, you will process in-depth enquiries about Job Postings and provide support for our multiposting tool Broadbean. In addition, you work closely with our external partner job exchanges, where you can access our contacts directly for special questions. We also know the processing of daily incoming applicant queries in best hands. In addition, you work with our team on international projects in the field of talent acquisition. Through targeted research and competitive analysis, you contribute to the continuous optimization of our recruiting processes and thus optimise the Candidate Journey of our competitors sustainably.

As a registered student, you are interested in Human Resources. Through your openness for something new, you are ready to work into a system to help colleagues with problems of active and high communication.
